Phil and Carol's Water Effect
When Phil and Carol decided to add a little spice to the pond in the backyard, they do it with style. This is an old International pick-up truck, that's close to toppling into the pond. It features a waterfall tumbling out of the passenger's window. The sign on the door advertises Phil and Carol's Bait and Tackle. A box of wax worms has broken open and a blue heron is feasting on them.
