Phil and Carol's Water Effect

When Phil and Carol decide to add a little spice to the pond in the back yard, they do it with style. This is an old International pick-up truck, that's close to toppling into the pond. It features a waterfall tumbling out of the driver's wind. The sign on the door advertises Phil and Carol's Bait and Tackle. A box of wax worms has broken open and a blue heron  is feasting on them.
